About the role

  • Lead industrialization of new products and manage changes to existing products and processes
  • Define and optimize technological processes, production parameters, and related documentation
  • Validate new products, components, and materials before serial production
  • Monitor and improve production performance (OEE, KPIs), ensuring process stability and efficiency
  • Solve technical issues using structured problem-solving methods
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, automation)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in manufacturing/process engineering and production optimization
  • Strong understanding of technological processes, industrialization, and product validation
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and very good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of CAD tools
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, and structured problem-solving methods
  • Experience with KPI monitoring (OEE, scrap reduction, cost optimization)
  • Strong analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset
  • Good project management and change management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • English language proficiency (minimum B1)
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential and ability to manage conflicts constructively.
