About the role

  • Work with engineers and department personnel to learn processes and apply principles of MAHLE Production System (MPS)
  • Learn piston manufacturing and support processes
  • Utilize methods involved in manufacturing to perform engineering, maintenance, set-up, production, clerical or other duties
  • Learn how to repair and maintain production machines and equipment
  • Assist with 5S activities by working on projects to improve overall appearance of the plant, according to MPS methodologies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Currently enrolled in college, pursuing a technical degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications software
