About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, influencing and participating in tactical decisions together with company management.
- Coordinate and represent the Business Unit before employers' associations and professional bodies, developing strategies and taking part in negotiations to balance company and employee interests.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR policies and practices, applying labor, social security and collective bargaining rules/agreements.
- Advise managers on people management topics, communicating policies and implementing management tools.
- Promote improvements in working conditions through health policies, social responsibility and quality-of-life initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of the compensation and benefits policy by communicating it, analyzing the organizational structure to retain talent and maintain internal equity.
- Supply the company with human resources by conducting attraction and selection processes aligned with business strategies.
- Develop people and competencies through education and training programs, supporting the organization’s sustainable growth.
- Monitor organizational climate, fostering fast and effective communication between the company and employees, and strengthening leadership.
- Coordinate Social Responsibility actions such as volunteer programs, community relations and sociocultural events/projects aimed at developing the local community where the company operates.
- Manage outsourced service contracts (catering, transportation, cleaning, security and asset monitoring, and designated vehicles), ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, legal compliance and cost optimization to meet company needs.
- Manage labor liabilities by monitoring legal proceedings and participating in the development of defense strategies in employment claims, ensuring proper protection of the company’s interests and mitigation of legal risks.
- Manage your team by selecting, training, monitoring, guiding, motivating and evaluating performance, enforcing company policies and interacting on other matters related to personnel management.
- Ensure implementation, investigation and compliance with Ethics and Compliance guidelines, promoting integrity, transparency and alignment with corporate values and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field;
- MBA in People Management preferred;
- Advanced English;
- Experience building and analyzing HR KPIs;
- Generalist knowledge of all HR processes in the industrial sector;
- Availability to work on-site in Jaguariúna, São Paulo.
