About the role

  • Human Resources Generalist responsible for managing all HR processes.
  • Efficient management of administrative and operational staff at the plant, ensuring compliance with internal work regulations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Management and control of personnel files, receipts, acknowledgments, policies, and other documents required by HR and government entities, ensuring their proper updating.
  • Labor relations management and conflict resolution.
  • Calculation and presentation of key HR indicators.
  • Implementation of strategies to optimize HR indicators at the site.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the recruitment, payroll, and compensation and benefits departments.
  • Support and guidance to leaders in personnel-related decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to turnover, compliance, or organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency is essential.
  • Experience in labor relations management.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in manufacturing companies.
