About the role
- Implementation of quality control systems to ensure the product meets customer specifications
- Implementation and supervision of quality control systems according to MAHLE procedures
- Process analysis and improvement using quality tools
- Analysis of customer complaints and defining root causes
- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products
- Working with quality documentation: control plans, work instructions, etc.
- Analysis of scrap data and reduction measures
- Implementation of quality standards in production
- Use of quality tools for continuous improvement
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge of quality standards is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian, both spoken and written
- Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus)
