💰 $65,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Perform remote clinical counseling services to clients of Magnolia as scheduled and in accordance with company policies
- Maintain proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics which are binding upon or applicable to the services performed at Magnolia
- Completion of written records for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents as needed
- Maintain up to date and accurate patient files at all times
- Participate in transdisciplinary team collaboration to support patients and family caregivers
- Focus therapy services on adults, older adults, and family caregivers addressing emotional and psychological challenges
- Engage in regular individual clinical supervision and case consultation
- Work with centralized support for scheduling, billing, insurance contracting, and collections to focus on clinical care
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work
- Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of Washington
- A copy of license must be provided to Magnolia
- Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans
- Ideally 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and the ability to communicate and effectively interact with individuals from different cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred
- Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work
- Proficiency in another language, other than English, is a plus but not required
