About the role
- Lead a team of 7-10 SDRs to achieve quarterly & annual pipeline generation targets
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire & onboard new SDRs
- Coach and mentor SDRs, including annual performance reviews, in pursuit of professional development & opportunities for internal advancement
- Work with our vendors to maintain & create enablement resources for SDR tools (Salesloft, Drift, DemandBase, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn)
- Maintain, develop or implement best-practice prospecting strategies, including AI tools
- Partner with Regional Marketing leads to plan & execute marketing campaigns, including the creation of outbound email cadences
- Manage and improve upon existing pipeline generation activities related to the organizations acquisition and expansion goals
- Measure SDR performance using tools like Salesloft & Salesforce
- Report on opportunity & pipeline creation targets using Salesforce & Clari
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience building and leading a Sales Development Team towards the execution of ambitious goals
- 3+ years of success in pipeline generation roles in B2B environment (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
- Experience using AI programs to support daily tasks
- The ability and desire to work in a challenging environment - you’re competitive and like to get the job done
- Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
- Experience in a SAAS & B2B sales environment
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
- Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator & ZoomInfo experience an asset
