About the role

  • Responsible for building and nurturing a strong partner ecosystem that accelerates growth and delivers value to our customers.
  • Recruit, enable, and manage partners across the region.
  • Drive joint success through strategic collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of APAC Sales and 8 regional Account Managers, 4 Regional Renewals managers, marketing, product management, and operations.
  • Ensure partners are fully engaged and equipped to succeed, including onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support throughout the partner lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel/partner management or business development (4+ years preferred), ideally within APAC markets.
  • Strong sales acumen with a hunter mentality for prospecting and outbound engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and across multiple cultures.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technology into business value.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with APAC-specific business practices, government procurement processes, and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Comfortable with regional travel (up to 50%) and working across diverse cultures in APAC.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
