About the role

  • Research and diagnose procedural issues and exceptions for our clients.
  • Client communication, responding to all emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively to high profile clients, challenging clients, witnesses, and team members.
  • Navigate software, web portals, and digital filing systems.
  • Maintain a calendar system for follow-up with recurring and ongoing tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant filed, such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related area.
  • Ability to learn and understand the litigation process including documentary evidence
  • Strong work ethic and goal oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Acute research abilities and deductive reasoning.
  • Must be able to work in a team and a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office software and saving/manipulating PDFs (opening, editing, combining) (Adobe, Nitro, internet, general windows tasks).
