Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Technical background necessary to critically evaluate complex trade-offs and provide strategic direction on complex system designs
  • Experience navigating the balance between long-term technical health and immediate needs of a rapidly evolving product
  • Embody a servant-leadership philosophy, with a primary focus on success of the team and individual growth
  • High degree of agency: thrive in ambiguity and proactively improve processes or solve bottlenecks without much outside input
  • Strong business acumen and genuine interest in how technical decisions impact customer and company's success.
  • Prior experience building AI-powered products or developer tools (even better)
  • A sharp eye for design and product quality (even better)
