Salary

💰 £110,000 - £120,000 per year

About the role

  • Own the development of new user-facing features end-to-end
  • Track and implement the latest interaction patterns for AI-driven tools
  • Interact with users to understand their problems and design solutions
  • Act as part of a design team until we have that function
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to continually increase the impact of our product
  • Help maintain a robust, scalable design system — React, Tailwind

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience
  • Are fluent TypeScript/JavaScript (we use React) and comfortable in Python
  • Have design experience or great intuition about UI/UX
  • Can select the right tool for each job, balancing speed and scalability, and can quickly up-skill on new tools when needed
  • Can take a loosely defined problem, extract the true requirements, and design and deliver a production-ready solution in days, not weeks
  • Communicate clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders
  • Thrive in an early-stage, high-ownership environment—prototype today, deploy tomorrow, iterate next week

  • In-office lunches provided
  • Salary sacrifice pension and nursery schemes
  • Hybrid London HQ (3-4 days in the office/customer site)
  • Annual team retreat—a fully-funded off-site to recharge, bond, and build
