Requirements

Have 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience
Are fluent TypeScript/JavaScript (we use React) and comfortable in Python
Have design experience or great intuition about UI/UX
Can select the right tool for each job, balancing speed and scalability, and can quickly up-skill on new tools when needed
Can take a loosely defined problem, extract the true requirements, and design and deliver a production-ready solution in days, not weeks
Communicate clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders
Thrive in an early-stage, high-ownership environment—prototype today, deploy tomorrow, iterate next week
