About the role

  • Support the drafting, review and analysis of general civil contracts, such as service agreements, partnerships, amendments, terminations, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), notices and related instruments;
  • Assist in drafting legal opinions and responses to civil-law inquiries, based on legislative and doctrinal research and the internal understanding of the Legal Advisory team;
  • Conduct legal research to support the department’s decision-making, including the identification and updating of relevant legal and regulatory standards and interpretations;
  • Provide consultative support to internal departments and other companies within the group, clarifying questions about contracts and civil-law matters;
  • Identify basic legal risks, nonconformities and contractual points of attention, submitting analyses and suggested adjustments for validation by mid- or senior-level attorneys;
  • Assist in organizing, updating and controlling contracts, legal opinions and legal documents, both physical and digital, ensuring traceability and reliability of information;
  • Support compliance with internal policies, compliance rules and legal guidelines, reporting inconsistencies or doubts to leadership;
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, interns and other partner areas, contributing to smooth Legal Advisory workflows and to the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Experience in Legal Advisory (contracts, legal opinions, amendments, memoranda)
  • Knowledge of Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical skills and ease in working with people
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with all types of audiences
  • Motivated to work in a team and with an innovative mindset
  • Knowledge of Insurance Law
  • Intermediate English proficiency
