About the role
- Lead the Recruitment & Selection strategy with a focus on high-volume hiring and hiring quality;
- Structure, optimize and scale recruitment funnels;
- Actively manage the talent pool with segmentation and strategic focus;
- Leverage technology, automation and data to increase efficiency and improve the candidate experience;
- Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, conversion by stage, attraction sources and retention;
- Lead, develop and engage the recruitment team;
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning recruitment with growth and productivity goals.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection;
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment;
- Strong market insight and understanding of talent scarcity dynamics;
- Proficient in using ATS, metrics and data analysis;
- Interest in innovation, technology and new digital solutions;
- Leadership profile with initiative, organization and results-orientation;
- Advanced/Fluent English is a plus;
