About the role

  • Lead the Recruitment & Selection strategy with a focus on high-volume hiring and hiring quality;
  • Structure, optimize and scale recruitment funnels;
  • Actively manage the talent pool with segmentation and strategic focus;
  • Leverage technology, automation and data to increase efficiency and improve the candidate experience;
  • Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, conversion by stage, attraction sources and retention;
  • Lead, develop and engage the recruitment team;
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning recruitment with growth and productivity goals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection;
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment;
  • Strong market insight and understanding of talent scarcity dynamics;
  • Proficient in using ATS, metrics and data analysis;
  • Interest in innovation, technology and new digital solutions;
  • Leadership profile with initiative, organization and results-orientation;
  • Advanced/Fluent English is a plus;
