About the role
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive statistical analyses of people data (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, productivity, engagement, movements, costs, etc.).
- Develop analytical models and correlation/causality studies, identifying patterns, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support the definition and evolution of strategic People Analytics KPIs, ensuring conceptual consistency and analytical robustness.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to formulate hypotheses, conducting deep analyses that support business decisions.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable, executive-level insights tailored to different audiences.
- Provide technical support for the construction and evolution of dashboards, ensuring visualizations accurately reflect the analyses performed.
- Work collaboratively with Compensation, HR, Data Engineering and BI teams, connecting analytical needs to structured data.
- Contribute to the automation and improvement of analytical processes, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.
- Ensure best practices in data usage, respecting governance, information security and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
- Knowledge of applied statistics (descriptive, inferential and fundamentals of prediction).
- Data analysis applied to People Analytics.
- Modeling and interpretation of HR metrics/indicators.
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
- Fundamentals of data governance and information quality.
- Knowledge of data analysis languages (Python and/or R).
- Familiarity with LGPD as applied to people data.
- Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities;
- Long-term vision and a focus on business impact;
