- Build operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business
- Use data and insight to shape decisions, programme design, and evaluation
- Translate data into compelling stories for stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Development or HR
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to navigate complex systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in using technology and data for decision making
- Experience managing large-scale programmes
