About the role
- Work collaboratively with the project delivery teams to apply the controls, governance and standards
- Provide early visibility of risks, issues and slippages
- Support several projects simultaneously across different areas of Technology
- Influence project managers to complete assurance activities on time and to a high-quality level
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience of working effectively in a PMO function
- Working with project management methodologies (Prince 2/MSP)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines
- Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of financial terminology and experience with financial systems (SAP)
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to summarise large amounts of delivery information into a concise update
- Solid understanding of analysing large sets of project information and providing insights and recommendations
