About the role
- Provide oversight of capacity analysis undertaken across the three airports
- Ensure analysis and modelling by Capacity Planners/Analysts is robust and consistent
- Develop and provide governance to MAG’s suite of analysis models in Capacity Planning
- Explore and evaluate new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and insight capability
- Provide expert analytical advice to the Business on capacity issues and recommendations.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in airport capacity analysis and simulation modelling
- Significant experience using tools such as CAST Terminal
- Strong technical background in aviation or transport planning
- Experience in process improvement
- Advanced analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights
- Proven track record of developing and operating complex static and dynamic models
- Experience in process or terminal infrastructure modelling
- Experience in terminal simulation modelling
- Highly proficient in analytical and statistical techniques
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial awareness, enthusiasm for innovation, and critical thinking ability.
