• Develop and execute GTM strategies for our Salesforce Product “Pulse”, aligning with Madison Ave’s ideal customer profile and growth objectives
• Lead product launch readiness, ensuring seamless, packaging, and sales enablement across teams
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to surface risks, identify opportunities, and drive course corrections in real time
• Coordinate and lead product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Own the roadmap for Pulse, driving product-led growth
• Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product requirements
• Work with development teams to prioritize features that improve customer experience, profitability, and scalability
• Strengthen collaboration with value-added reseller (VAR) and partner networks to expand reach and maximize customer lifetime value
• Enable partners through marketing collateral, training, and operational tools that drive adoption and revenue growth
