• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on net-new business and new logos.
• Partner closely with the Business Development team (BDRs) to capitalize on inbound leads while actively generating your own pipeline.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce AVPs, RVPs, and AEs to drive co-sell opportunities.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to expand reach in key industries and territories.
• Maintain an aggressive and proactive approach to capturing new accounts.
• Work closely with the Solutions and Delivery teams to tailor Salesforce services that meet client needs.
• Effectively position Madison Ave Consulting’s Professional Services and Managed Services offerings to enterprise clients.
• Negotiate and close high-value Salesforce consulting and implementation contracts.
• Drive client engagement through QBRs, lunch and learns, and industry events.
• Develop and leverage key Salesforce partnerships by actively engaging with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and other stakeholders.
• Attend and represent Madison Ave Consulting at Salesforce hubs, happy hours, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.
• Align with the internal marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for demand generation.

• Design and build reusable Salesforce CRMA dashboards covering KPIs such as burn rate, utilization, resourcing, and project health
• Configure automated weekly reporting via Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)
• Implement Slack/email workflows for pre-send review and approval within CRMA
• Ensure dashboards can be cloned and parameterized by client/project ID
• Deliver training and documentation for ongoing Salesforce CRMA usage
• Partner with leadership, consultants, and client stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables
• Replace legacy reporting systems (e.g., eliminate Cloud4J) and provide executive-ready, automated client reporting

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for our Salesforce Product “Pulse”, aligning with Madison Ave’s ideal customer profile and growth objectives
• Lead product launch readiness, ensuring seamless, packaging, and sales enablement across teams
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to surface risks, identify opportunities, and drive course corrections in real time
• Coordinate and lead product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Own the roadmap for Pulse, driving product-led growth
• Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product requirements
• Work with development teams to prioritize features that improve customer experience, profitability, and scalability
