About the role
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to act as the dedicated data consultant for specific enterprise accounts, attending client meetings and presenting insights to external executives.
- Create bespoke, client-ready presentations that go beyond 'what happened' to explain 'why it matters' and 'what to do next.'
- Proactively monitor client campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, then pitch these recommendations directly to the client.
- Build tailored Looker dashboards or reports that address specific client KPIs, ensuring they have transparency into their media spend and performance.
- Provide clients with vertical-specific insights (e.g., Auto vs. Retail trends) to help them shape their media strategy using Madhive data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Stats, CS, etc.).
- 2-5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a client-facing capacity (e.g., Media Agency, Sales Engineering, or Consultative Analytics).
- Strong SQL proficiency is required. Experience with Python/R is a plus.
- Expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and the ability to design aesthetically pleasing client deliverables.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) for creating external-facing views.
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
