About the role
- Drive marketing strategy and shape growth, product launches, and global brand perception
- Own and optimise the CRM, marketing automation tools, and lead management processes
- Deliver content-led, campaign-based marketing across digital channels
- Champion the Labman brand across all areas of the business
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to fuel growth
Requirements
- Degree-qualified
- 4+ years’ B2B marketing experience (ideally in scientific/tech sectors)
- 2+ years’ line management experience leading marketing teams
- Proven success in campaign-based, content-driven marketing with budget planning
- Expertise in CRM (ideally Salesforce) and marketing automation
- International and digital-first marketing experience
- 33 days annual holiday (rising to 38 over 5 years), including public holidays.
