About the role

  • Actively prospect companies using tools, email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
  • Identify decision-makers and opportunities within the agency’s ideal client profile
  • Conduct a consultative sales approach focused on generating new opportunities
  • Lead sales meetings and proposal presentations
  • Follow up on ongoing negotiations
  • Close new commercial contracts
  • Maintain and update the CRM with history, stages, activities and opportunity statuses
  • Work with a focus on sales targets and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership for continuous improvement of outreach, messaging and commercial performance
  • Monitor KPIs and propose adjustments to increase conversion rates

Requirements

  • Experience with active prospecting and closing sales
  • Background in B2B consultative selling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct negotiations and handle objections
  • Organized, autonomous and disciplined in managing your own pipeline
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Experience with commercial CRM systems
  • Proactive, responsible and results-oriented profile
  • Experience selling digital marketing services, inbound marketing, consulting or technology (preferred)
  • Experience with RD Station CRM or similar tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SPIN Selling, BANT, NEAT, NEPQ or other consultative sales methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience selling to B2B companies (preferred)

  • Fixed expense allowance
  • Recurring commission of 10% on the monthly amount received from each new contract closed
  • Bonus of R$ 700.00 for meeting the target of 3 contracts closed in a month
