Manager

• Assist with the launch, testing and scaling of ad campaigns
• Help prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Support the organization and maintenance of campaign records, links, and performance data
• Support A/B testing initiatives across banners, copy and landing pages
• Help analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CR, ROI, CPC, CPM, and CPA
• Assist in coordinating with partners and media buyers to activate new campaigns
• Help identify new advertisers and business opportunities
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide backup support during holidays when needed
• Support additional marketing activities, including email campaign setup, database management, and deliverability monitoring

• Oversee all Spanish accounting, tax, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise accounting operations of international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group policies and reporting standards.
• Lead the group consolidation process in NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting.
• Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting models to support strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Partner with project and product leaders to deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage consolidated month-end closing and product P&L reporting, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights into cost structures, revenue drivers, and overall business performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, and consultants across different jurisdictions.
