About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the launch, testing and scaling of ad campaigns
  • Help prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support the organization and maintenance of campaign records, links, and performance data
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across banners, copy and landing pages
  • Help analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CR, ROI, CPC, CPM, and CPA
  • Assist in coordinating with partners and media buyers to activate new campaigns
  • Help identify new advertisers and business opportunities
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide backup support during holidays when needed
  • Support additional marketing activities, including email campaign setup, database management, and deliverability monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field
  • Strong computer and internet skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, learn and solve problems
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in performance marketing, ad tech, and data driven decision making
  • Eager to learn, grow and contribute new ideas to the team
  • Eligible for an internship agreement with your University
