About the role
- Identifying and researching target law firms, legal departments, and enterprise accounts
- Prospecting into key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Directors, Records Managers, and Operations leaders
- Generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities through outbound outreach
- Executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, webinars)
- Understanding prospect technology environments (iManage, NetDocuments, Azure, CRM systems, etc.)
- Identifying triggers such as cloud migrations, mergers, compliance initiatives, or reporting gaps
- Qualifying opportunities before passing them to Sales Leadership
- Maintaining accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
- Supporting marketing campaigns and following up on inbound leads
- Consistently achieving pipeline generation targets familiar with using tools like CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Experience or interest in legal-tech, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence speaking with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
- Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in CRM usage
- Resilient mindset, you stay motivated and consistent even when facing rejection
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining value clearly
- Curious and proactive, you go beyond scripts and ask smart questions
- Ambition to grow into an Account Executive or senior sales role
