About the role

  • Spend your summer working with our Customer Support teams and learn how to analyze media adoptions, onboarding processes, and support cases.
  • Your projects will focus on optimizing support processes for all stages of the Customer journey.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders in Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Along the way, you will build data analysis, project management, and Customer Support experience.

Requirements

  • You must be enrolled in a degree program (i.e. Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc)
  • We will accept applicants graduating with their degrees in Spring 2026.
  • Recent graduates within the last 6 months will be considered.
  • Interest in customer experience and data analysis.
  • Eagerness to collaborate with teammates and cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly learn new systems.
