About the role
- Spend your summer working with our Customer Support teams and learn how to analyze media adoptions, onboarding processes, and support cases.
- Your projects will focus on optimizing support processes for all stages of the Customer journey.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders in Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Along the way, you will build data analysis, project management, and Customer Support experience.
Requirements
- You must be enrolled in a degree program (i.e. Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc)
- We will accept applicants graduating with their degrees in Spring 2026.
- Recent graduates within the last 6 months will be considered.
- Interest in customer experience and data analysis.
- Eagerness to collaborate with teammates and cross-functionally with other departments.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly learn new systems.
