About the role
- Play a key strategic role in aligning our people strategy with operational goals across multiple sites
- Serve as the primary HR partner for operational leaders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Provide expert coaching, guidance, and support across all areas of people management
- Lead the rollout and ongoing delivery of Macmahon’s people frameworks and initiatives
- Champion our core values and embed them into everyday leadership and decision‑making
- Help build and sustain a high‑performing, inclusive culture that empowers our workforce and drives business success
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar
- Previous HR experience in the mining industry (preferred)
- Experience using Success Factors or a similar HRIS to drive HR policy and operations
- Strong understanding of contemporary people and culture practices
- Knowledge of the prevailing Industrial Relations legislation
- Knowledge of best practice in Human Resource Management
- Flexibility and willingness to complete travel to remote mine sites on a regular basis
