IT Support

• Be the first point of contact and assist end users (employees, alliance members, contractors and stakeholders) to maximise the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Macmahon’s technology services.
• Resolve incidents and complete service requests, escalating high priority issues to specialised support groups as required.
• Maintain ongoing communications with end users to provide updates, verify resolution and improve satisfaction with Macmahon’s technology services.
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues, software malfunctions, printer, or peripheral issues.
• IT onboarding activities such as PC imaging, initial user setup, account creation and administration.
• Maintenance and co-ordination of IT assets.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects including implementation of new technology solutions, infrastructure changes, and software deployment.
