About the role
- Drive the operating rhythm of the technology organization
- Own quarterly and annual planning cycles including OKRs and budget development
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CTO
- Act as a bridge between engineering and the rest of the business
- Partner with finance to manage the technology budget end-to-end
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations or as Chief of Staff
- Technical fluency in engineering and infrastructure
- Track record of building and running planning processes
- Experience in strategic thinking and executive presence
- Excellent communication skills
