About the role

  • Respond to and assist prospective clients seeking legal services
  • Access documents and information necessary to finalize the service engagement
  • Negotiation and closing: Present proposals, negotiate terms, perform follow-up, and guide the client through to hiring the service while maintaining a consultative approach
  • Onboarding follow-up: Maintain close contact until legal services begin, ensuring the best possible experience for the new client and scheduling the initial appointment
  • Record information in the CRM: Organize the client’s full history and keep each interaction’s information up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
