About the role

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients about legal services
  • Access documents and information required to finalize the engagement
  • Negotiation and closing: Present proposals, negotiate terms, conduct follow-up, and guide the client through to engagement while maintaining a consultative approach
  • Onboarding follow-up: Maintain close contact until legal services begin, ensuring the best possible experience for the new client and scheduling the initial appointment
  • Record information in the CRM: Organize the client history and keep records of each interaction up to date.
