About the role

  • Draft, review and negotiate various contracts (service agreements, leases, image use agreements, procurement/engagements);
  • Create and update internal regulations and legal opinions to support decision-making;
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including organization, deadlines and renewals;
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and legal risks;
  • Participate in discussions and negotiations of contracts with significant strategic and financial impact;
  • Provide contractual legal support and clear, objective guidance for decision-making;
  • Prepare standard contract templates and/or review existing drafts to meet business needs;
  • Align contracts with organizational strategies and objectives;
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that may impact existing or future contracts;
  • Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), regulatory requirements and internal policies;
  • Draft, send and respond to extrajudicial notices.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Postgraduate degree in Contract Law, Corporate Law or related fields;
  • Proven experience in contract management and corporate law;
  • Knowledge of civil law, consumer law, corporate law, digital law, LGPD and contractual compliance;
  • Familiarity with contract management tools and digital signature platforms;
  • Ongoing updates on digital and contractual legislation;
  • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts;
  • Experience with internal regulations, legal opinions and litigation matters related to contracts.
