About the role

  • Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents and contracts related to transactional matters and M&A.
  • Conduct legal analyses involving limited liability companies (Ltda.) and corporations (S.A.), corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations.
  • Contribute to legal research, opinions, and the monitoring of projects in the infrastructure sector.
  • Assist with communication and coordination with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active OAB registration.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Previous experience in corporate law and M&A.
  • Advantage: experience in the infrastructure sector (energy, sanitation, transportation, concessions, PPPs, etc.).
