• Provide geospatial and survey expertise on sales calls
• Run and tailor technical product demonstrations for prospects
• Own the technical evaluation process for customer projects
• Own customer onboarding and training through remote and onsite sessions
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers
• Represent Mach9 at trade shows and industry groups
• Partner with Marketing on surveying industry content
• Support Engineering, Product, and Design as internal geospatial expert
• Build and maintain onboarding frameworks and training content
