About the role
- Looking for two Account Executives to grow customer base by building strong relationships.
- Focus on selling Service Agreements for commercial buildings.
- Travel throughout the region will be required.
- Gain greater ownership of territory and significant growth opportunities.
- Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance agreements.
- Manage contract renewals and modifications, and build long-term partnerships with customers.
Requirements
- A strong “hunter” mindset with a passion for pursuing and winning new business
- Experience selling services (such as maintenance or recurring service agreements) rather than products, preferred
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Capable of working independently and driving your own success
- Goal-oriented and focused on delivering results
- A strong, relationship-driven salesperson
