💰 $37 - $48 per hour
About the role
- Champion consistent billing practices, standardized procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure service demand calls are closed on time each month and proactively remove delays or barriers.
- Review general ledger (GL) activity and correct misapplied costs to maintain financial accuracy.
- Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and structure to accounting specialists.
- Serve as a key contact for Area Operations Managers (AOM), operations teams, management, and internal partners.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports with clarity and accuracy.
Requirements
- Previous billing experience is required; accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software systems (experience in HVAC or service industries is a plus).
- Comfort navigating customer portals such as Corrigo, Ariba, Service Channel, or Vendor Café.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional follow-through, with a proven track record of maintaining low WIP.
