Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in service sales and/or sales leadership, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets of $5M–$20M annually in service or maintenance sales.
  • Proven track record of building and coaching high-performing teams of 5–10 sales professionals, improving individual quota attainment by 10–15% year over year.
  • Results-driven problem solver who streamlines sales and service processes to improve team productivity by 10–15% while protecting customer experience and retention.
  • Demonstrated leadership maturity and self-awareness, leading cross-functional teams of 5+ employees and maintaining a 90%+ employee engagement score.
  • Strong collaboration and strategic vision, aligning sales initiatives with organizational goals, driving 10–15% annual growth in key service lines.
  • Customer-focused with a history of cultivating long-term relationships, managing a portfolio of 50+ high-value accounts, and increasing customer retention by 3-5 percentage points annually.
