- Form in-depth partnerships with customers and provide tailored solutions for maximum comfort and efficiency in their buildings.
- Handle projects requiring ongoing HVAC maintenance contracts or quick-turnaround tenant improvements.
- Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC retrofit and tenant improvement projects.
- Build strong, lasting partnerships with customers and anticipate their needs.
- Perform project management duties, including effective cost and risk management, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior sales experience.
- A proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities.
- A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical field (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional at building relationships with internal and external customers.
- Skilled at preparing and presenting effective sales proposals.
- Detail-oriented when managing in-progress projects (forecasting and billing, cost and risk management, quality assurance, etc.).
- A go-getter and problem-solver.
