Executive Assistant

• Provide critical administration, coordination, and project management support to assist in meeting strategic and organizational objectives
• Maintain operational performance and accountability requirements
• Support the efficient organization and functioning of the Maamwesying Ontario Health Team
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistics
• Support project coordination and track deliverables, timelines, and action items
• Support financial and administrative processes, including invoice tracking, expense reconciliation, procurement coordination, and financial documentation
• Coordinate virtual meetings and provide basic technical troubleshooting support
• Maintain SharePoint sites and manage electronic document filing systems
• Streamline workflows, improve processes, and support implementation of new systems, tools, and ways of working
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
• Anticipate organizational needs and adapt to evolving priorities and transformational initiatives
• Report to the Maamwesying Ontario Health Team Operations Manager
