About the role
- Oversee and manage the US Custom Recruitment team
- Ensure that internal resources are effectively assigned to projects
- Focus on reducing outsource rates and increasing gross profit at the project level
- Collaborate with teams in Sales, Client Services, Fieldwork, and Panel
- Create and implement custom recruitment strategies that can scale
- Monitor the results of improvements to custom recruitment
- Manage, mentor, appraise and develop allocated staff
- Partner with the Panel team to focus on panel building efforts
- Lead initiatives to further develop social media outreach and digital strategies
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate staff adherence to custom recruitment processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in market research
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantitative or Qualitative Market Research Project Management or Fieldwork
- Minimum of 2 years managing a staff of 3+ employees
- Extensive experience in an active Quantitative or Qualitative Project or Panel Management role in a medical/healthcare market research field
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient recruitment and securing hard to reach patient targets
- Thorough understanding of domestic and international market research projects
- Ability to lead a team made up of both junior and senior team members
- Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick learner of new technologies/software
