About the role

  • Oversee and manage the US Custom Recruitment team
  • Ensure that internal resources are effectively assigned to projects
  • Focus on reducing outsource rates and increasing gross profit at the project level
  • Collaborate with teams in Sales, Client Services, Fieldwork, and Panel
  • Create and implement custom recruitment strategies that can scale
  • Monitor the results of improvements to custom recruitment
  • Manage, mentor, appraise and develop allocated staff
  • Partner with the Panel team to focus on panel building efforts
  • Lead initiatives to further develop social media outreach and digital strategies
  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate staff adherence to custom recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in market research
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantitative or Qualitative Market Research Project Management or Fieldwork
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a staff of 3+ employees
  • Extensive experience in an active Quantitative or Qualitative Project or Panel Management role in a medical/healthcare market research field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient recruitment and securing hard to reach patient targets
  • Thorough understanding of domestic and international market research projects
  • Ability to lead a team made up of both junior and senior team members
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick learner of new technologies/software
