Solutions Engineer

• Join sales calls as the technical lead—running product deep-dives, whiteboarding architectures, and fielding detailed questions from prospects' engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
• Translate customer requirements into a clear picture of how M0's application, distribution, and issuance layers fit their stack, and translate M0's capabilities into the customer's language.
• Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concept, and scope integration work with the customer to move deals toward close.
• Exercise judgment on escalation—surfacing roadmap and product-fit questions to Product, and handing off implementation, scoping, and technical blockers to Integrations Engineering with clean, complete context.
• Handle technical objections and security, compliance, and architecture questions, and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Act as the feedback loop from the field to Product, bringing back patterns, gaps, and competitive signals that shape the roadmap.

Solutions Architect

Product Manager

• Own a core product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and the growth that follows. You own the outcome, not just the release.
• Take products from inception to scale, and own their commercial trajectory — you treat adoption and revenue as first-class product metrics, not someone else's problem.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements.
• Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping.
• Ship inside regulated, supervised environments, working through risks and constraints without losing momentum.
• Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Collaborate with go-to-market, sales and partnership teams to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth, and consider build x buy x partner opportunities to advance the roadmap.
• Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives — to align internal teams and external partners, and raise the bar for how the product org operates.

Brand Designer

• Define and evolve M0’s visual identity. Ensure a differentiated presence in the market while expanding the brand’s art direction and design system with strategically sound consistency.
• Execute sharp design work. This is a role for makers. You know how to execute against briefs and produce thoughtful, smart work on tight timelines.
• Concept and execute campaign work. Collaborate closely with the CD to ideate through compelling campaign constructions from concept to final assets.
• Create adaptive toolkits that teams can use for routine self-service content that evolves with the brand.
• Produce sales and developer materials. One-sheeters, diagrams for dev docs, event banners, slide decks. You get the gist.
• Leverage AI tools strategically. Not as a crutch. Use innovative tools to enhance operational efficiency, not as a replacement for human-grade creativity and ingenuity.
• Collaborate across the organization. Work closely with copywriters, marketing, product, BD, and external agencies to produce cutting-edge, on-brand work.
• Stay current on creative, advertising, and industry trends, along with culture and emerging technologies to inspire fresh, forward-thinking work.

Lead Brand Designer

• Own Day-to-Day Legal Execution: Serve as the in-house point of contact across a wide swathe of commercial, corporate, and operational legal matters, working closely with all key senior decision makers at M0.
• Lead Strategic Transactions: Act as the Legal lead on M&A, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate initiatives, structuring and executing these complex deals from diligence to closing.
• Own High-Stakes Commercial Agreements: Draft and negotiate highly-tailored agreements with strategic partners and sophisticated counterparties in the institutional finance, digital assets, and technology sectors. Provide practical advice on related issues such as IP, data protection, and regulatory matters as they are implicated in such agreements.
• Drive Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate structuring and ongoing legal functions, including managing our corporate records, governance materials, and filings for our entities around the globe.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as an outstanding collaborator with colleagues in finance, operations, product, and business development to solve problems and drive alignment on our most critical transactional efforts as well as on equity and token administration matters.

• Build and lead a high-caliber engineering team delivering on-chain programs and backend services.
