• Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be the driving force behind M0’s institutional growth, with significant exposure to the rest of the leadership team.
• Institutional Growth Strategy: Architect and execute the global sales strategy to drive adoption of the M0 platform among Tier 1 fintechs, payment networks, and large enterprises looking to issue or integrate stablecoins.
• Enterprise Deal Leadership: Personally own the full, end-to-end sales lifecycle for complex, multi-million dollar enterprise partnerships—from initial sourcing and relationship building to contract negotiation, onboarding, and ensuring long-term partner success.
• Sales Organization Scaling: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing, geographically distributed Institutional Partnerships and Sales team.
• Process & Infrastructure: Implement and enforce a rigorous, data-driven sales operating system, including advanced CRM discipline, pipeline forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting to ensure scalable, repeatable success.
• Executive Representation: Serve as a credible, senior ambassador for M0 with C-suite stakeholders, regulatory partners, and at high-profile industry events worldwide, translating M0's technical capabilities into clear commercial value.
• Product Feedback Loop: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize market feedback and partner needs, directly influencing the product roadmap.

Head of Institutional Partnerships, Sales

Marketing

• Own and develop all aspects of marketing within the M0 project, whether it be brand, strategy, design, comms, social, events, etc.
• Engage with our customers, partners, as well as internal business development and product teams, in order to deeply understand and express customers’ needs, segmenting them appropriately and designing intelligent positioning & messaging.
• Become the custodian of the M0 voice, narrative and brand, simplifying it, refining it, nurturing it and developing it as one of the most valuable brands in crypto and fintech.
• Elevate the level of awareness and clarity around the M0 platform, having it occupy a unique and valuable space in the minds of users, prospects and ecosystem participants.
• Design and execute on marketing campaigns to achieve the strategic goals of the M0 project on an annual basis.

Compliance

• Execute and oversee core operational workflows, including mint/redemption processing, onboarding, and reconciliations and manage AML and transaction monitoring in partnership with the outsourced AMLRO. Drive continuous process improvement and automation, embedding scalable controls into daily operations.
• Manage AML and transaction monitoring processes in partnership with the outsourced AMLRO.
• Translate current operating practices into clear, formal policies, procedures, and control documentation.

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, audit-ready smart contracts using Solidity and/or Rust.

Senior Protocol Engineer

Paralegal

• Own our corporate governance engine: Build and manage day-to-day operations and workflows related to general corporate records and governance, including entity formation, dissolutions, D&O tracking, beneficial ownership information, organizational changes, and annual reports and other statutory filings across several jurisdictions.
• Quarterback strategic transactions: Provide support on strategic transactions and any fundraise initiatives, including diligence and closing mechanics.
• Run Board operations: Coordinate and help prepare Board meeting materials, including drafting memos, minutes, and resolutions.
• Build a scalable CMS: Oversee our contract management lifecycle, including maintaining a playbook and standard templates (NDAs and contracts) and tracking renewals.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruiting operations for open roles.
• Own scheduling, candidate logistics, and Greenhouse data hygiene.

• Lead Strategic Transactions: Serve as the Legal lead on M&A, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate initiatives, structuring and executing these complex deals from diligence to closing.
• Own High-Stakes Commercial Agreements: Draft and negotiate highly-tailored agreements with strategic partners and sophisticated counterparties in the institutional finance, digital assets, and technology sectors. Provide practical advice on related issues such as IP, data protection, and regulatory matters as they are implicated in such agreements.

• Adjust existing Solidity and/or Rust(Solana) M Extensions Frameworks to the external partners' needs.
