About the role
- Servicing and asset management of multifamily loans for Freddie Mac
- Review, analysis, and processing of financial statements
- Perform and review property inspections
- Complete reserve for replacement and non-critical draw requests
- Escrow processing and review of easement requests
- Training and coaching less experienced staff
- Serve as key customer contact throughout loan lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years related multifamily/commercial real estate industry experience
- Experience with loan administration, asset management/servicing or underwriting
- Experience with Microsoft Office systems
- Freddie Mac asset management experience strongly preferred
