Lead and direct the work of matrixed teams - business-line project managers, analysts, and contract PM resources - without direct people management.
Produce crisp, executive-ready communications and artifacts that create transparency and drive decisions.
Champion continuous improvement, enterprise governance, and delivery best practices to keep complex work moving at pace.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
7+ years related work experience
7+ years leading complex, multi-disciplinary enterprise transformations in large corporate environments (Fortune 500 or similar scale)
Deep program management expertise: multi-program portfolios, cross-dependency management, executive communications, and benefits realization
Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels - from executives to delivery teams - without formal authority
Strong OCM, stakeholder management, and communication skills; exceptional clarity in executive storytelling and decision framing
Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, and the MS Office suite for planning, tracking, and reporting
Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe alongside traditional program controls
5+ years program/portfolio experience on large-scale transformations (e.g., digital modernization, servicing modernization, cloud migration, regulatory remediation, M&A integration)
Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
MBA/MS or relevant certifications: PMP, SAFe/Agilist, ScrumMaster, CBAP (or equivalent)
