About the role
- Operational HR work with responsibility: Holistic, hands-on support of your HR area – from A (employment contracts) to Z (references).
- First point of contact for managers – both for day-to-day matters and for strategic HR topics.
- Development of engaging projects aligned with your personal strengths across all HR areas (Employer Branding, HR Marketing, Talent & Learning, Apprenticeships, HR IT, etc.).
- Responsibility as a strategic partner for identifying and implementing future HR strategies together with executive management.
- Interface to internal payroll.
- Further development and standardization of HR processes and HR IT systems (SAP SuccessFactors) to enable efficient and modern HR operations.
Requirements
- HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in operational HR support as an HR Advisor/HR Business Partner/HR Generalist or similar.
- Degree with a focus on human resources or law, or a commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkauffrau/-mann) or equivalent.
- Confident knowledge of labor law, tax law and social security regulations.
- Practical experience in project management – from structured planning to successful implementation.
- Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- AEVO instructor certification is desirable but not a requirement.
- Good English skills for communication with our international colleagues.
