About the role

  • Assist in recovering purchases and monitoring the performance of e-commerce and financial services partners;
  • Monitor overall e-commerce performance using key metrics (KPIs);
  • Study trends, competitors and the market to identify the best business opportunities aligned with the company's strategy;
  • Support partners in understanding how Méliuz works;
  • Produce reports and insights on the area's processes;
  • Propose and implement improvements to these processes;
  • Track the team's main metrics;
  • Interact with a variety of e-commerce and financial services partners.

Requirements

  • **What you need to have:**
  • Be enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data, Engineering, or Business Administration;
  • Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • **You'll stand out if you have:**
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases;
  • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to processes (e.g., Vibe Coding, n8n, Claude, etc.);
  • Course or certification in process management.
