About the role

  • Support the creation of high-quality presentations, data visualisations, and publications
  • Design and build PowerPoint presentations for investment and business stakeholders
  • Create accurate, engaging charts and data visualisations from datasets
  • Support quarterly and recurring reporting materials for consistency and clarity
  • Design layouts for publications, reports, and magazines using InDesign and Illustrator
  • Create bespoke charts and infographics for print and digital publications
  • Work directly with investment teams and content managers to understand design requirements
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to visualise data accurately
  • Assist with light video, animation, or motion graphics work where required

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience (or strong graduate equivalent) in graphic design
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience designing PowerPoint presentations, ideally within templates
  • Confidence working with Excel-based data to create charts and visuals
  • A portfolio showing diverse design work, including: Data visualisation or infographic examples and PowerPoint or presentation design
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interest in coding or data tools (e.g. d3, Python) (desirable)
  • Experience using Flourish for data visualisation (desirable)
  • Basic experience with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, or strong interest in learning (desirable)
