  • Lead viability analysis for small to medium projects
  • Support larger initiatives delivered with strategic partners

Requirements

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources
  • Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
  • Solid understanding of Financial Services environments and their regulatory landscape
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in different delivery approaches
  • Comfortable working with business, technology, and operational teams
  • Ability to design and run workshops to explore business needs and validate proposed solutions
  • Ideally collaborated with external partners to deliver change
