About the role
- Lead viability analysis for small to medium projects
- Support larger initiatives delivered with strategic partners
- Understand problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes with the business
- Shape analysis approach and engage stakeholders
- Define, challenge, and prioritize requirements
- Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods
- Analyze current products/services and processes, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to define outcomes and solutions
- Investigate problems and analyze options for new and existing products and services
- Provide recommendations to solutions
Requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources
- Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
- Solid understanding of Financial Services environments and their regulatory landscape
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in different delivery approaches
- Comfortable working with business, technology, and operational teams
- Ability to design and run workshops to explore business needs and validate proposed solutions
- Ideally collaborated with external partners to deliver change
