About the role

  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects, meeting both external and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices and coding guidelines.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of IT instances.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Ensure that all IT implementations comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within projects.
  • Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other development team members to deliver cohesive and comprehensive digital solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional development through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, Javascript, HTML and relevant technologies.
  • Good working knowledge of Java, SpringBoot frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
  • Frontend knowledge and skills - React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3
  • Backend knowledge and skills – Springboot, node.js, Elasticsearch, Docker
  • Solid knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly
