About the role
- **Responsibilities and Duties:**
- **Solution Design & Delivery**
- - Design and implement M-Files solutions for customer projects.
- - Lead solution design for assigned engagements, with guidance on complex or high-risk scenarios.
- - Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
- - Contribute to solution documentation and design artifacts.
- - Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- - Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed functional and technical requirements.
- **Project Collaboration**
- - Work closely with customers, consultants, and project managers.
- - Participate in requirements gathering and technical discovery.
- - Coordinate technical execution with consulting teams.
- - Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
- - Support change requests and configuration updates.
- **Integrations & Architecture**
- - Design and validate integration with external systems and data sources.
- - Work with:
- - On-prem and cloud environments
- - Databases and authentication systems
- - **APIs and application integrations**
- **Continuous Improvement**
- - Apply and follow established implementation best practices.
- - Share learnings and contribute to team knowledge.
- - Continuously deepen expertise in M-Files and related technologies.
Requirements
- **Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:**
- - Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, or technical consulting.
- - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- - Experience working directly with customers in technical or consulting roles.
- - Solid understanding of:
- - Enterprise IT environments
- - Databases and system integrations
- - Application of architecture concepts
- - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- - Able to manage multiple concurrent project responsibilities.
- - Comfortable producing technical documentation.
- - Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- **Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- - Experience with M-Files or similar document/content management platforms.
- - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure.
- - Basic programming or scripting experience.
- - Experience with technical diagrams or architecture models.
