About the role
- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Logistics & Supply Chain restructuring, ensuring alignment between units, maintaining continuity of support to operations, and reducing friction during the transition period
- Coordinate transition plans, milestones, and risks to ensure orderly implementation
- Serve as a central liaison between HoUs, HR, Med, and Operations ensuring alignment
- Maintain structured communication, FAQs, and staff updates to support clarity
- Monitor recruitment processes with HR and ensure contingency planning
- Maintain updated documentation, workflows, and change logs
- Provide analysis and recommendations to ensure continuity of service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or related field
- 5 years of experience at MSF or similar humanitarian context
- Proven experience with people and team management is essential
- Desirable knowledge of change management and principles and tools
- Expertise in analytical, communication and reporting skills
- Proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in change management or restructuring processes is an asset
- Fluent written and spoken English
- French and/or Spanish is an asset
