About the role

  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Logistics & Supply Chain restructuring, ensuring alignment between units, maintaining continuity of support to operations, and reducing friction during the transition period
  • Coordinate transition plans, milestones, and risks to ensure orderly implementation
  • Serve as a central liaison between HoUs, HR, Med, and Operations ensuring alignment
  • Maintain structured communication, FAQs, and staff updates to support clarity
  • Monitor recruitment processes with HR and ensure contingency planning
  • Maintain updated documentation, workflows, and change logs
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to ensure continuity of service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or related field
  • 5 years of experience at MSF or similar humanitarian context
  • Proven experience with people and team management is essential
  • Desirable knowledge of change management and principles and tools
  • Expertise in analytical, communication and reporting skills
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in change management or restructuring processes is an asset
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • French and/or Spanish is an asset
