About the role
- Support business leaders in the milling business in strategic decision-making on people management, development, climate and performance.
- Support the implementation of engagement and talent retention initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, training hours and NPS.
- Participate in corporate projects and strategic Organizational Development initiatives; collaborate on diagnostics, execution of actions, analysis of results and rollout to the business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (completed).
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in HR or related areas.
- Experience as a Business Partner (BP).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
